The 34-year-old Bangladeshi national, H. A. wanted to rob an Indian businessman R. S., and so he called him to his house in Ajman on the pretext of asking him to take measurements of windows and doors that needed repair. But once inside his house, H. A. hit R. S. with a log of wood, killing him instantly. But unfortunately, he found no money on him. Then, to hide his crime, he mercilessly cut the body into pieces and stuffed it in his suitcase so that no suspicions are aroused.

Yet his crime was meaningless unless he could get something out of it. So, he rang up the victim’s brother and demanded Dh15,000 for providing information to him on the victim’s whereabouts.

The victim’s brother, meanwhile, rang up the police to inform them that his brother as missing. The police, after getting to hear the story, tried to trace the mobile caller by ringing him up.
