Organised by Rangmanch Theatre events and initiated by Indian social worker Bharatbhai Shah, the event aims to trace the journey of Gujarati theatre through the 150 years.

"Meetaha Uujagara (Waking for My Darling) has been produced by Bhavna Sheth and Nila Mistry and will highlight the famous combination of traditional Bhavai theatre and melodies to create a sequential movement on stage even in the absence of a story.

The drama is being sponsored by Petrochem. It will be staged at the Shaikh Rashid Auditorium at the Indian High School. Entrance is free for all.
