14 fires in four days
ABU DHABI - A UAE national died in a car accident on Mina road in the capital last week, according to civil defence sources.
Fourteen incidents of fire were reported across the country in the last four days of the previous week.
An unidentified person drowned at the Ajman Croniche on Friday. An Indian national, identified as F.B., committed suicide in Dubai on Wednesday, the sources said.
Six incidents of car fire were reported across the country - three in Abu Dhabi and one each in Sharjah, Dubai and Ras Al Khaima. Four car accident cases were registered in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaima, Umm Al Quwain and the Western Region.
