A not-so-recent court video from the US has resurfaced online and gone viral. The offbeat clip shows a heartwarming interaction between an American judge and a Saudi student.
The viral clip is from a reality show, 'Caught in Providence', which features real cases heard in the Providence Municipal Court.
The clip of the parking case has gone viral in the Middle East as it features a female Saudi student, Tahani Al Manei, who gets her parking fines waived off by Rhode Island judge and 'star' of the show, Frank Caprio.
In the video, the soft spoken judge questions Al Manei about her unpaid fines for parking violations on six different occasions, and as to why she continues to violate the rule.

Al Manei, who is in the state studying for a network engineering degree, explains  her predicament of not being able to park anywhere, which not only moves Judge Caprio to reduce a potential $350 fine to $75 - saying he understood that she is a student and was trying to do the right thing - but completely waives off her fines after finding out that due to her car getting repeatedly vandalised, she is forced to park illegally.
Admiring the young girl for her cheerful and positive attitude despite facing difficult situations as a student, Caprio waived the fine completely and requested her to resolve the parking issue.
The video has been viewed more than 567,000 at the time of filing this report.
