The defeats are a jolt to a full-strength Pakistan side in their preparations for the Twenty20 World Cup
UAE Exchange, a global remittance, foreign exchange and payment solutions company, launched on Wednesday night the Mobile Exchange, which is like any other ATM but housed in a truck which can be deployed anytime, anywhere.
The Mobile Exchange was also introduced in time for the 11th anniversary of Smart Pay, which was launched in 2006 by UAE Exchange as a solution for workers to get their salaries as cash on time. Today, nearly six million salaries, amounting to Dh9 billion are disbursed each year through Smart Pay. The same Smart Pay cards will be used to withdraw salaries from the Mobile Exchange.
Promoth Manghat, CEO of UAE Exchange Group, said: "We have always been a technology-driven and customer-centric entity. With the introduction of the Mobile Exchange, we have taken the convenience further by bringing the salary disbursal service right at the customers' doorsteps."
Manghat told Khaleej Times that initially three mobile ATMs will be deployed in labour camps in Dubai at various times. UAE Exchange will coordinate with their corporate clients to set the timetable for the deployment of the Mobile Exchange.
Manghat added that more mobile ATMs will be deployed in the future, depending on the demand. He also assured that the Mobile Exchange is highly secured from hacking and ATM skimming.
Mobile Exchange will also soon offer bill payment, remittance system and rewards programme.
