It's time to call Trump a terrorist

Trump represents America's new far right. He's not only hateful, but unrepentent.

Sending loudmouth Donald Trump to space sounds like a good idea as Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has suggested because he's causing hell on earth. The problem with the Republican contender for the White House is he doesn't know when to stop with his hurtful remarks against Muslims. What he doesn't realise is that he is laying the ground for more radicalisation among the community living peacefully in the country. His bigoted comments add fuel to the communal fire. Shooting his mouth off comes naturally to him and promotes his narrow political and social agenda.
Trump represents America's new far right. He's not only hateful, but unrepentent. He likes to take that extreme step because it invigorates his campaign, gives him a kick, polarises the electorate, while he scores some points in opinion polls. And voila! He's back in the race - and the news.
Another GOP contender Ted Cruz was cruising along when Trump fired his latest salvo, which only makes Muslims more insecure, more feeble than when they felt after the California shooting allegedly by a couple linked to Daesh. The real estate baron is playing on theirs fears and those who are tempted to dismiss him a clown must realise there is larger gameplan to this madness. Win the nomination at any cost, even if it means being branded a racist and a xenophobe. Not content with his remarks to place a temporary ban on Muslim migrants, he warns of more World Trade Centers.
Playing on fears of Americans will only lead to more mistrust against Muslims, and more violence against the community. Trump's has drawn all-round flak for his statements, but even if the man doesn't believe in what he's saying, he saying it anyway. For effect, he calls President Obama a fool for not addressing the issue of extremism in America.
The pollsters are not sure if Trump's divisive tactics will work in the campaign, but his opponents are certainly not taking him for granted. It's time we call him a terrorist for what he represents - pure, unvarnished hate. A one-way trip to space is indeed a good idea for him.
