Dita Von Teese in Ras Al Khaimah

Sorbet Magazine celebrates second anniversary with celebrity Banyan Tree event.

A 'One Thousand and One Arabian Nights' themed dinner was held at the Banyan Tree Al Wadi, RAK, over the weekend with 130 celebrities and VIPs in attendance to celebrate Sorbet Magazine's second birthday. Spotted in the crowd were burlesque superstar Dita Von Teese, Catherine Baba, Natasha Poly, Anna Clevelend and DJ Cecile Togni.
Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, the official sponsor of the bash, also welcomed international Italian jewellery brand Bulgari who set up a private showroom collection of rare fine jewellery with an estimated value of more than Dhs80 million.
