Shah Rukh Khan reacts to daughter's swimsuit photo

Doting father 'King Khan' did not take the incident lightly - reveals how he handled the situation.

It's true that children of public figures and celebrities also pay the price of their parents' fame and are born in to the spotlight, with paparrazi and the public following their every move - physically and on social media.
Star kids Aryan and Suhana Khan are no exception to this rule and are hounded by the media more than most star kids, since their father happens to be the 'King of Bollywood' and the second richest entertainer in the world - Shah Rukh Khan.

Earlier this year, daughter Suhana Khan's picture of her at the beach - in a swimsuit - with little brother AbRam, went viral after news websites spotted the picture on social media and did a story on it.
The doting father did not take this lightly and had reportedly 'reached out nicely' to the website to 'take it out'.

In a recent interview with Huffington Post India, 'Papa' Khan revealed how he and his family reacted to the bikini picture:

'Right. She was in a bikini, she was on a beach, and she was with her little brother. You went ahead and wrote a headline, "SRK's daughter flaunts her body." Is it a little cheap? Maybe I felt it was. I reached out nicely and said, dude, your website is not going to run on my daughter's bikini body, can you please take it out? People saw where I was coming from. My daughter was a little awkward about it. She's 16, yaar. And the headlines some sites use are. wow. We're very liberal people and even had a laugh about it. But it's still awkward.
....I wasn't protecting her from the media - I was protecting her from me. It's my stardom that was the reason that picture made it to the news - it wouldn't have if she wasn't SRK's daughter. There could be someone running naked and that wouldn't be news.'

Shah Rukh has surely matured with age, going from an emotional young boy from Delhi who picked up fights with journalists to keeping his cool and handling situations rather rationally - most of the times.

With Bollywood dreams of her own and aiming to do it her way, Suhana has to prepare spending all her life in the spotlight - hoping she keeps her 'Pathan' anger in control.
