Inder Kumar had been accused of rape of a 23-year old actress and has been booked under the charges of section 376 (Rape), 324 (Causing grievous hurt) and 506 (Criminal Intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.
Apart from his involvement in the black buck case, Saif Ali Khan has been charged with an involvement in a brawl. He pleaded not guilty in this case.
Sanjay Dutt was caught in 1982 for the possession of drugs and had to serve 5 months in jail for the crime. He was charged in 1993 yet again for the possession of illegal arms. He is currently serving a jail term too.
