Emaar Properties is set to launch two residential towers in Dubai Creek Harbour, the 6 sq km master-planned development, in Ras Al Khor. The Tower, which is set to be 100 metres taller than the Burj Khalifa (828 metres), will be at the core of the project.

The 'Creek Horizon' homes are located near The Tower and in the Island District. The two residential towers, 35 and 41 floors high, overlook the Dubai Creek, Downtown Dubai and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. The views are maximised with Harbour Lookout, a rooftop amenity and entertainment deck.

In addition to one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments and four-bedroom penthouses, Creek Horizon also includes townhouses set on a podium that connects the two towers. The top of the podium includes a pool, lounge and other amenities. The ground floor will have cafes and retail outlets facing the boulevard and the Central Park.

Residents will also have access to Central Park, a marina, a 4.5-km Creek Boardwalk and the Retail District in Dubai Creek Harbour, which will host high-end retail and leisure attractions. Also in proximity are event spaces, galleries and a Vida Hotel.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar Properties, said: "With the launch of the new tower at its heart, the Dubai Creek Harbour has evolved as one of the most-cherished residential destinations in the city. Customers now have the opportunity to maximise their value with the newly launched Creek Horizon residences.

"Creek Horizon offers an exquisite location advantage by the historic Dubai Creek and as part of The Island District. In addition to staying next-door to the world's new icon, residents will enjoy a marina lifestyle, with parks and high-end retail in proximity."

Dubai Creek Harbour will feature commercial districts, leisure developments, residential neighbourhoods and parks. It will also feature a museum and cultural facilities, canals, parklands, landscaped promenades, pedestrian walkways and cycle paths.

A public transport network will service Dubai Creek Harbour with both land and water-based public modes of transport. Dubai Creek Harbour uses solar power and water purification systems.

The sales event will be on a first-come, first-served basis from August 18 at all participating Emaar sales centres in Dubai. The Dubai Creek Harbour Sales Centre is open for customers to gain a first-hand experience of the project.
