Sushmita to support Capricorn

Dubai - The actor will be there in Dubai for the Jan 30 match in the league that kick-off from Jan 29-Feb 13.

Ex-Miss Universe and actor Sushmita Sen will root for Capricorn Commanders at the T20 Cricket Masters Champions League, this season at Dubai. The actor will be there in Dubai for the Jan 30 match in the league that kick-off from Jan 29-Feb 13.
"I am very excited," said Sushmita Sen. "I have never seen the game of cricket live except for our very own IPL matches. In that sense, my viewing of live 20-over matches is limited. So to watch epic batsmen, bowlers, fielders on the field will be very interesting to watch."
"The format is interesting", avers Sushmita. "I would define T20 as instant gratification, the players have to get going from the first ball... hence makes the game very exciting. Also there will be an enormous crowd that will be brought in to support, and most of them will be women. Women understand cricket a lot these days."
Sushmita talks of Capricorn Commanders' skipper Paul Collinwood with respect. "I am looking forward to watching the man who led England to three-time Ashes victory. To see him strategise on field and lead the team to victory would be very exciting."
The other aspect of the series that excites Sushmita are the legends. "I think MCL is a fantastic idea. And I root for Capricorn Commanders as I believe in my friend Parvez Khan's vision and the fact that when he says that the strength will be in the unity of world players who have been fantastic leaders and are legends in their own right. The aim is to win, and the first step is synergy."
"I am also looking forward to see Sourav Ganguly who is the skipper of Libra Legends and Virender Sehwag in action as well," said Sushmita Sen.
