Voting for the Federal National Council (FNC) will begin on Sunday and will continue for two days at 94 polling stations in the UAE's diplomatic missions, including embassies and consulates abroad.
The National Elections Committee (NEC) said members of the Electoral College abroad must show their Emirates Identity Cards before casting their votes at the missions. Voting there will be done manually by writing the name of the candidate on an e-template paper prepared by the committee.
Members of the Electoral College can check the address of the diplomatic missions abroad by visiting the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: (http://www.mofa.gov.ae) or the National Election Committee: (http://www.uaenec.ae).
