UAE finds it hard to let go of the grief of martyrs

The sacrifices of the members of the UAE Armed Forces in Yemen continue to develop a strong bond among people from across the country.
Even though the official declaration of mourning period has ended, Rulers, Shaikhs, officials and citizens are visiting the families of martyrs to offer condolences and pray for the fallen heroes.
Also, a road has been named as Martyrs Street, in a befitting manner to honour the fallen heroes who lost their lives during the Saudi-led coalition 'Operation Restoring Hope'.
His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Sunday visited the mourning majlis of martyr Fahad Ali Mohammed Ahmed in Al Zahra Area, Ajman.
Shaikh Mohammed, accompanied by Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Lt. General Misbah bin Rashid AI Fattan, Director of the Office of the Vice-President, Khalifa Saeed Suleiman, Director-General of the Department of Protocol and Hospitality in Dubai, consoled the family of the deceased.
Separately on Sunday afternoon, His Highness Shaikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, and Shaikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, offered condolences to the family of martyr Fahad Al Bloushi.
Meanwhile, in implementation of the directives of His Highness Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Member of Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah; and His Highness Shaikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, a road linking the emirates of Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah has been launched as 'Martyrs Street'.
The launching ceremony of Martyrs Street or 'Shuhada Street' was attended by Mohammed Saif Al Afkham, Director-General of Fujairah Municipality, Munther Mohammed bin Shakar, Director-General of RAK Municipality, and a number of other departmental directors from both institutions.
Separately, the Ruler of Fujairah, Shaikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah; and Shaikh Maktoum bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, visited mourning majlises of martyrs Rashid Mohammed Abbas Al Baloushi, Rashid Nasser Al Zaabi, Hassan Mohammed Al Tunaiji in Kalba City, Saif Eisa Obaid Al Naqbi in Al Luluyah district in Khorfakkan and Saud Mohammed Al Saadi in Dafta district and offered condolences to the families.
