The main accused admitted during the investigation to the charge claiming it first started in his home country.
He confessed the other two men had sex with him twice for Dh 20 a time.
The Criminal evidence Department report showed DNA traces belonging to the two men were found on the body and trousers of the man accused of prostitution.
A 22-year-old Pakistani worker, who lived in the same accommodation, said the first defendant was known to others in the place that he would have sex with other males for free and for money.
"We had a witness who claimed the main accused used to have sex with other males. That witness said he saw the main defendant going to the bathroom separately with each of the other two accomplices," a policeman told the investigator.
