A video of a freak accident in Abu Dhabi has gone viral on social media.
The video, circulating on social media, shows a palm tree suddenly falling on traffic passing by near a petrol pump in UAE - nearly missing a vehicle before it passes by.
According to initial details shared on social media, the incident most probably took place in Abu Dhabi - based on the Adnoc petrol pump signage visible in the video.
The palm tree can be seen falling onto the road when a white van was just about to drive by, hence avoiding falling on the vehicle by a few moments.
Having survived this close call, the driver can be then seen driving over the palm tree and stopping for a while to assess the situation and gather his wits.
The exact date of the incident can not be verified.
