SALMAN KHAN JOKED that Shah Rukh Khan is too busy to enter the Bigg Boss house as a contestant but is welcome to visit to share his life experiences with those in the fray.
At a press meet on Monday to talk about the upcoming season of the popular reality show, Salman, to queries if there was a chances that Shah Rukh will promote Dilwale on the show, said: "I don't think so, he'll be busy to go inside. No, I don't think he will go in."
Realising the question was about promotion, he then hastened to correct himself. "For promoting? It means if he has the dates, and if he wants to come on the show then he is more than welcome. He wants to come and go, spend some time with the contestants, he's more than welcome. So I would put it not as 'I love him and I want him to come on the show', because it is carried away as a different thing and there is pressure put there. But if he's coming, he should come, promote, have fun, go inside, chit-chat with the contestants, give them his life's experiences, he's got a lot of experience in his life," he said.
Asked about the possibility of both of them coming together on the show, he said, "A film with him and me on the same day is a possibility," referring to the epic box-office clash between their films, Sultan and Raees, on Eid next year.
After a fallout a few years back, the two superstars are back on talking terms, greeting each other and wishing each other luck for their films. The ninth season of Bigg Boss is titled Double Trouble and according to reports, television actors Mahi Vij, Roopal Tyagi, Ankit Gera and Rashmi Desai are some of the likely contestants.
Meanwhile at the same event, Salman dodged a query about his former girlfriend Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. When asked if Aishwarya is expected to make an appearance on Bigg Boss to promote her film Jazbaa, he said, "This had to be the last question before the PR takes away the mike. Please clap for this madam. Kya Jazbaati sawal laai ho aap (What an emotional question you have asked)," he replied. Salman and Aishwarya's affair ended on a sour note in early 2000s. And since then, the duo have avoided each other.
