Lexus recalls cars in UAE for safety reasons

Luxury car maker Lexus has issued a notification to car owners in UAE, recalling their vehicles from UAE roads.
While the reason for the recall is not known, Al Futtaim Motors mailed a notification to its customers with the following message -

"If you are an owner of any of the following vehicles, your safety could be at risk. Lexus has issued a safety recall. To see if your vehicle is affected, please call today on call on 800 LEXUS (53987)and select Option 4.

The message further says that the recall work is free of charge, including parts and labour.
The models which have been recalled include RX2011, CR200h (2010-2012, SC 430 (2001-2003), IS (2006-2011) and ES (2006-2012).
In June 2017, Lexus issued partial recalls of 2017 ES 350 vehicles in the United States. The recall was issued as the right-hand side tie rod assembly in some vehicles may not be installed properly, the company had said.
