The event at H Hotel on Thursday will spark a conversation on the essence and importance of customer happiness, before an audience of customer service, operations, sales and marketing executives.
Held under the theme 'Delivering customer happiness', speakers and panels will look closely at customer experience trends while immersing in the latest research and explore the latest opportunities to help Dubai achieve its happiness goals for 2020.
The packed agenda of keynotes, speakers and roundtable discussions include: Why the customer is still king; designing the happiness framework, leveraging technology to drive better service levels; and why social media is a powerful customer experience tool.
