Dubai Properties Group (DPG) has launched an affordable housing community called Serena in Dubailand. Spanning 8.2 million square feet, the residential community's design will be inspired by Spanish architecture.
Serena will be developed in five phases, with the first phase anticipated to be completed by Q4 2018. Consisting of clusters of four to six units, phase one consists of two- to three-bedroom townhouses and three-bedroom semi-detached villas.
In close proximity to Downtown Dubai, Serena enjoys direct access to Emirates Road. Serena will include three community centres, including recreational facilities, swimming pools, gym, retail options, play areas and a clinic.
The project will feature retail spaces spanning 100,000 sq ft for lease, offering residents retail options that serve their daily needs.
The community's design and outdoor activities will make it an ideal location for families. Surrounded by greenery, Serena will promote the concept of a plaza in the heart of the community.
Abdullatif AlMulla, GCEO of Dubai Properties Group, said: "Serena stems from our long-standing experience in the market, and our understanding of the growing demand for affordable housing in the emirate."
AlMulla added: "We believe that everybody should have access to good quality affordable housing that meets their needs."
The official sales launch and pre-registration for public will open soon at Dubai Properties' sales and customer service centre.
