Schon Properties is offering a new Audi free with the purchase of apartments in Dubai Lagoon.

Part of the Dubai Summer Surprises campaign, buying a one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment in Dubai Lagoon will see you drive away with Audi 2017 models of A3 and A6. The offer is valid until August 31, 2016. A new Audi A3 and A6 is priced from Dh120,000 and Dh180,000 respectively.

Located in Dubai Investment Park, the Dubai Lagoon will house 2,260 residential units and more than 160 retail units. The master development, comprising seven projects, is worth approximately Dh7 billion. Just a few minutes from Maktoum International Airport and Expo 2020, the project features swimming pools, a shopping mall, tennis courts, 24-hour security, parking spaces, restaurants, cafes and gardens. Seventy five per cent of the land is dedicated to landscaping. Around 90 per cent of the apartments has been sold.

The Schon Business Park, which was delivered in 2015, spans over 1.6 million sq ft and is worth Dh550 million. So far, all offices and 90 per cent of retail areas have been sold, while 100 units have been delivered to investors. The project will be will be fully functional by the end of 2016.
