Madhani’s bail plea rejected

Madhani had moved the bail application following the change of government with the hope that the new government headed by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will not oppose his bail plea but to his utter shock the latter opposed his plea. As a result of the strong stand taken by the public prosecutor, the high court dismissed the petition.
