I'm a 16-year-old girl and I have a lot of blackheads on my nose. Can you suggest a remedy to get rid of them?
- Name withheld
Make a mask by mixing one tsp of honey with half a tsp of cinnamon. Apply this on your nose and rinse after 15 minutes. Cinnamon activates circulation and helps cleanse blackheads. Honey is also a good cleansing agent. You can also steam your face before applying the mask to make it more effective.
Thank you so much for your amazing tips! I have a query regarding hair botox. I've heard it is natural, but is it good for the hair? I also have a lot of white hair. Is it okay if I use hair colour after botox, or is there any brand that uses natural ingredients to colour white hair?
- Name withheld
Botox is a very nourishing treatment for dead and lifeless hair. Always colour and cover grey hair with natural organic hair colours; they are available in nutrition shops, supermarkets or pharmacies. Avoid chemical hair dyes.
I am a 16-year-old girl with hair fall and greying hair. Could you suggest a home remedy to curb the hair fall and prevent my hair from greying so much? I really don't want to dye my hair. Please help!

Grey hair can be treated with tea water. Apply some black tea onto the hair by spraying it on and leave it to dry. Do this several times a day. Avoid chemical hair colours, and nourish your scalp and hair with aloe vera gel. Leave on overnight, or at least an hour before rinsing with shampoo. This will help arrest the hair fall.
I am a 12-year-old boy and have been struggling with bad dandruff for over a year now. It's the first thing people seem to notice about me and I have tried everything to get rid of it, including fancy shampoos. Could you please suggest an effective remedy?

Dandruff is usually caused due to poor diet, hormonal imbalance and poor hair health. First, improve your diet and drink 10-12 glasses of water daily. Mix a tsp of bicarbonate of soda with six tbsps of water. Apply this on your scalp and massage your scalp for10 minutes, followed by a shampoo and rinse. This treatment will exfoliate the dandruff. Do this once or twice a week before you shampoo. I would suggest using a fruit-based or tea tree shampoo.
I'm 19 years old and I have acne on my forehead that sometimes turns red. I don't have dandruff. I also have similar acne spots on my back. My upper lips are very dark, as well. Could you please suggest some natural remedies for these problems?
- Thamanna
Mix a tbsp of aloe vera gel with eight drops of tea tree oil and apply this on your forehead and back where you have acne. Leave on overnight and repeat every day. Tea tree oil is an anti-bacterial treatment, while aloe vera gel is a superb skin cleanser that prevents acne breakouts. For dark lips, just apply a thin film of coconut milk on them. Leave it on overnight and scrub off the next day. Done every day, your lips will both lighten and soften.
