Turkish Chef Cüneyt Asan, or 'the fastest butcher in the world' opened his restaurant Gunaydin in Dubai's Souk Al Bahar in December 2016. Also famously known as the 'professor of meat', he taught the viral 'Salt Bae', and many others, how to chop meat. (Video by Nilanjana Gupta)
