Kalba schools to be closed on Wednesday, says UAE ministry

The UAE Ministry of Education announced on Tuesday that classes will be suspended in all schools in Kalba on Wednesday because of the bad weather conditions and the flooding in some areas.

According to Arabic daily Emarat Al Youm, the ministry reported that the classes are suspended in the Kalba area only.

The ministry noted that safety of students is the top priority.

The ministry has also called on the school management to monitor the situation closely and suspend/resume classes keeping in mind the safety of children.
