Valuing time

This is to kindly remind all readers that time is too precious to wait until the last minute to find joy. Many have sufficient time to care for themselves and others but are ignorant. The media helps us learn about people who achieve their dreams and aspirations, both big and small.

Social work, adventures, sports, film-making, travel, arts and crafts, literary etc. are few things one can try. This gives a break from daily hassles, reduces stress and prevents dullness. Hardwork, planning and savings are all what is needed. This is a small effort to eliminate the aloofness of all who stick their lives to work and home alone.

Being in touch with dear ones, exposure to sunlight and air does well. Such activities during leisure time, vacation or public holidays help in work-life balance. Where there is a will, there is a way.
