I was a spectator at the 3on3 streetball tournament in Sharjah on the weekend and witnessed three teams from Abu Dhabi come into a very hostile environment of local Sharjah and Dubai supporters and participants and win all three major categories (Men’s A, Women’s A, CO-ED) at the tournament!

The Men’s A was especially a triumphant achievement by a local team from Abu Dhabi properly called ‘Underrated’ as they were playing against some of the best professional players from UAE, surrounding GCC countries and even European and American pros that came out mostly because the winnings of the tournament totaled Dh30,000. I hope you run some type of recognition story on this wonderful event.
