With reference to news story, ‘Tower burnt down due to cigarette butt’ (KT/ April 24), all smokers should get a big fine for smoking in balconies, on the road in the car and on the streets.
There should be law hereby restricting smokers to smoke only in designated places, otherwise they should be fined. The government must take notice to close all the areas for smokers in malls, flats and everywhere where there are smoking areas at present.
