Credit nuisance

Few months ago, I was offered an insurance policy by the bank on phone and I accepted the same. They promised to send the policy to my mail box and a copy to my email. But both were not done till date. But I am being debited towards the premium amount since past four months and I have been paying the amount under protest as everyone is aware of the bill collector’s language, which is so embarrassing when you don’t pay the amount.

I have been speaking to their officers and corresponding with them on the issue for the past more than two months and last month I was informed that the policy has been cancelled and the premium amount paid to be returned to my card account.

I felt so relieved, but again this month I have received the statement without any change.
