A road located at Al Safeya residential area was named Abu Mousa island road, and the road starts from Mushairaf road till the health centre and the grand mosque till the Mushairaf Park.

Big Tunb was the name given to a road located at Al Hamedeya area starting from Shaikh Zayed road till the civic body premises at Al Hamedya area and passing through Al Hamedya residential area.

Al Jarf area starting from Shaikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum road till Al Jarf residential area and Zawara area was given the name Lesser Tunb Island street.
