The student, also Emirati, told the prosecutor that the two defendants forced him into their car while he was with his friends in Hor Al Anz. The incident happened after 9pm in January.
They drove to another Emirati student’s house and took him to his room and assaulted him one after the other threatening to beat him up if he did not oblige.
The 17-year-old student to whose house they went, said the two accused and the victim were his friends.
On that night they went to his room and asked him step out and ask his mother to make some food.
A police lieutenant said that the complaint was filed on January 28.
The defendants claimed that the teen rode with him willingly and that he never said anything when they told him they wanted to have sex with him.
They also claimed they molested him with his consent.
The jobless told the officer that he had had sex with him several times earlier.
The officer added that the DNA of semen stains lifted off clothes found in the room matched with the defendants’.
