A businesswoman allegedly kidnapped and physically assaulted her ex-boyfriend and clicked his nude photos with the help of two men, the Court of First Instance heard.
The 30-year-old Sri Lankan allegedly solicited the help of two men, including a Sudanese mechanic, 36, who lured the victim to ride in their car after impersonating as a CID officer.
The case dates back to December 3, last year, when the trio allegedly took the man to her flat in Abu Hail where the woman and one of her accomplices (a 29-year-old Sri Lankan worker) beat him up and took off his clothes before clicking his photos. They have denied the charges of kidnap, physical assault, sexual assault and damaging property (the complainant's mobile phone) at the court.
She claimed that she beat him up after he insulted her and that he willingly took off his clothes.
During the investigation, she confessed that he refused to return her private photos. So she hit him with her phone on the forehead and slapped on his face with her shoe several times. At the flat, she assaulted him again after he refused to return her private photos. Then, she took his nude photos and threatened him that she would use them against him if he tried to circulate hers.
