Bahrain’s King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has been administered the coronavirus vaccine, according to a report by Bahrain News Agency (BNA).
“The society’s high level of awareness and keenness to adhere to all precautionary measures and directives issued by the national medical task-force to combat the coronavirus had a great impact on the Kingdom’s ability to limit its spread within the community,” BNA quoted the King as saying.
King Hamad expressed his appreciation to all the people working on the frontlines. Bahrain has announced that it was going to start implementing a national vaccination drive soon.
