In aid of the Al Noor Centre for Children with Special Needs, Stratezen, a leading events company, will be presenting an exclusive premiere of the critically acclaimed play, ‘Anything But Love’ at the Jumeirah Beach Auditorium, Jumeirah Beach Hotel, on November 24.
The event is sponsored by Neocare, a division of New Medical Centre Group. Anything But Love, is a story of two people, recently divorced but maybe still very much in love. Does life give them a second chance? Between gay psychiatrists and second spouses will they choose to be with each other? Or will they let bygones be bygones?
Cut throat humour, blended with poignancy, it’s a fast and, sometimes, furious joyride. ‘Anything But, Love’ is a story about love, longing and second chances, and stars well-known film and television personalities Mandira Bedi and Samir Soni. The play has received sponsorship support from Air India, Khaleej Times, Car Fare, Petrochem, Gulf Technical Printing press, Watermelon PR, Highland Hotel, SpeedEx, Western Union & Hum FM 106.2.
“At Al Noor Centre, we value such assistance from members of the local community because it enables us to be more ambitious in our quest to provide professional and effective training programmes, and in looking for practical ways to fulfil the needs of the special child from infancy to adulthood,” said Khalid Al Halyan, Chairman of the Al Noor Centre for Children with Special Needs.
Rita Ahluwalia, Managing Director of Stratezen, the organiser of the event said, “The play is the much awaited premier event of the recently launched Al Noor Cultural Society, a club that has been specially formed to offer top quality entertainment and high profile events with a clearly defined charitable component.”
Tickets for the event are priced at Dh200.
