CHRISTIES’ LATEST DUBAI auction saw one work by Farhad Moshiri sell for almost $1 million. ‘Secret Garden’ by the Iranian artist saw bidders squabbling, with the artwork eventually going for $987,750 at Emirates Towers. The work depicts a giant bear carrying the artist as a sleeping child and was one of the major draws in the region’s biggest contemporary art auction.
