KARACHI — Adnan Afridi has been appointed as managing director of Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE), the country's biggest bourse, for a three-year term.
The KSE officially announced Afridi's appointment after getting approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Afridi, a law graduate, is currently serving as chief executive officer of Overseas Chamber of Commerce and will take charge of his new post from November 1. The post of KSE managing director was lying vacant since May 2.
