Coffee Planet provides total coffee solution for Kempinski Hotels

Coffee Planet's remit includes the provision of coffee beans together with installation, management and maintenance of ten premium automated coffee machines around the hotel to guarantee fresh, gourmet coffee can be served 24 hours a day from all of its outlets.

To achieve the speed and efficiency of service required, Coffee Planet has installed seven Acorto Commercial Espresso Machines, each serving up to 150 cups of espresso, cappuccino or latte an hour to cater for the demand at the 1,000 seater restaurant, large events and room service orders. Fetco Bulk Brew machines have been installed to provide coffee for the breakfast area and conference rooms. In addition, varios Barista machines have been installed throughout the hotel.

"Coffee Planet was able to assess our requirements and provide us with a cost-effective and efficient solution with minimum labour or maintenance overheads to cater for our banqueting, room service, staff premises and two separate customer outlets," said Michael Henssler, General Manager, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates.
