In case of a repeat violation, a fine up to Dh500 will be imposed for each day.

Wearing military-style clothing and accessories in Oman could attract fines up to OMR2,000 (Dh20,000 approx), a new law stated.
The Sultanate's Public Authority for Consumer Protection (PACP) banned combat or similar clothing and accessories after a ministerial decree was issued regarding the same.
According to Times of Oman reports, Article 1 of the decision prohibits wearing military or similar clothing and accessories. While, Article 2 mentions that anyone is caught flouting the decree will pay an administrative fine of not less than OMR50 (Dh477 approx).
In case of a repeat violation, a fine of OMR50 will be imposed for each day and shall not exceeded OMR2,000.
