This is a 50 per cent increase on the same time last year. 42,000 South Korean visitors were recorded for all of 2007.

The figures were released during a meeting held yesterday between South Korean Consul General Park Kyu-ock and Major-General Mohammad Ahmad Al Marri, Director of DNRD.
