Riyadh - Saudi Arabia's King Salman appointed a new foreign, transport minister on Wednesday.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia, on Wednesday issued a royal decree relieving Dr Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al Assaf, Minister of Foreign Affairs, of his post and appointing Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud as his replacement, according to the SPA news agency.
Dr Al Assaf was appointed a Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet.
Dr Nabil bin Mohammed Al Amoudi, Minister of Transport, was relieved of his post.
The King has appointed Eng. Saleh bin Nasser bin Ali Al Jasser as the new Minister of Transport.
Dr Abdullah bin Sharaf bin Jumaan Al Ghamdi was appointed Chairman of the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence at the rank of minister.
Saleh bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Othaim was appointed the Vice-President of the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence.
