Committed to excellence, MENA College of Management (MCM) is a young, inclusive higher education institution founded in 2015 that offers Bachelor's degree programmes accredited by the Commission for Academic Accreditation, Ministry of Education.
"By considering employment opportunities and market needs, MCM's programmes address a large scope of managerial, business and industry requirements. Our new campus is in Jumeirah, often known as the heart of Dubai, and has a student capacity of over 1,500 students," said Prof Nabil El Kadhi, President, MENA (Middle East and North Africa) College of Management.
The programmes offered are Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Hospital Administration, and Bachelor of Health Informatics.
MCM's objective is to contribute to UAE society by being a transformational leader in providing students with career-related education and training.
"Nowadays, when the world is driven by technologies, we pay great attention to improving digital knowledge and analytical skills of our students and teaching staff. We develop comprehensive programming, multiple pathways and support for students to achieve their educational goals," he said.
Furthermore, MCM has new strategic partners to collaborate in delivering programmes aligned with the up-to-date trends, and its teaching methodologies are focused on innovative learning and enhancement of leadership and entrepreneurship skills, among other graduate skills and competencies needed in the labour market.
Through strong partnerships with Dubai Ambulance Corporation, NXN, and Training and Smart Solutions Centre, among others, MCM focuses on maintaining and strengthening networking, collaboration and constructive dialogue in order to achieve common goals.
According to Prof Nabil El Kadhi, it is currently proposing joint degrees, partnering with the highly ranked, AACSB- and EQUIS- accredited EM Normandie, in France, while its research centre is focused on enhancing Dubai's progress in social, business, and management fields, and developing local and international case studies.
To date, MCM caters to around 400 full-time students along with visiting students who opt for summer semesters.
By the Spring semester of the 2019-2020 academic year, MCM plans to host exchange students from France and Hong Kong.
"Our students will have a chance to study for a semester in France without any additional payment. Corporate partners in the health and tourism sectors further support MCM students' internships within their field of studies," he added.
