Khalifa orders aid for Sudan
ABU DHABI — The President, His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has ordered to send emergency assistance to areas hit by floods in Sudan.
Consignments of medicines, vaccines, tents, first aid and relief materials will be sent to the flood-hit areas in keeping with the directives of General Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed forces, and Shaikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the UAE Red Crescent Authority.
