ABU DHABI — The President, His Highness, Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, has issued Emiri decree number 13 for 2005 appointing Mahmoud Mahfouz Al Junaibi, Director of Projects Department at the Crown Prince’s Court, in the grade of assistant undersecretary.
