Shaikh Hamdan's gesture to the association is aimed at boosting the spirit of social solidarity in every institution and organisation in the country, particularly the media sector, which continues to serve all sectors of the society and make significant contributions in the country's development and progress, while highlighting these developments at the local, regional and international fora.

Shaikh Hamdan reiterated his commitment to support the association in all its activities. He expressed his appreciation for the efforts being exerted by the board and members of the association.

The UAEJA board thanked Shaikh Hamdan for the gesture and for his continuous support to the association. This, the board said, reflects the belief of the UAE leadership in the importance of the role being played by the media.
