Govt schools,
centres 
to work on November 1

Saturday has been declared as a working day to compensate for a holiday allowed on Sunday, September 28 to mark Eid Al Fitr , the circular issued by Director-General of the Ministry of Education, Rashid Al Kharibani, said.

All administrative and teaching staff and students of all the institutions concrened have been advised to attend their schools.

The ministry will inform the Emirates Transport Corporation about the decision so as to provide transport.

The educational councils and zones have also been informed to take necessary measures to implement the decision.

Disciplinary actions will be taken against absentees, Fuzya Garib, Director of Sharjah Educational Zone, said.
