Serves: 4
Hammour fillet 1 pc each
Tahini 200 gm
Water 150 ml Red chilli paste 1 tbsp
Onion, sliced 1 pc
Garlic, chopped 1 tsp
Capsicum, mixed, sliced 1 pc each
Coriander, fresh 1 tbsp
Olive oil 100 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tbsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Lemon 1 pc
Cashew nut to garnish
Fish mint to garnish
Sauté the onion, garlic, mixed capsicum and coriander.
While sautéing, mix water, tahini and chilli paste.
Pour this sauce on top of the vegetables and mix well.
Heat on low fire for 10-15 minutes.
Marinate the fish with salt, lemon, white pepper and olive oil.
Place in a pre-heated oven for 8 minutes at 165°C.
Cool the tajine (sauce) and fish.
Serve the tajine topped with the fish, garnished with cashew nuts and fish mint.
