Dubai records highest number of travellers
DUBAI — The Dubai Naturalisation and Residency Department (DNRD) has recorded the highest number of travellers entering and leaving the country via Dubai International Airport, the number reaching 76,863 on August 15.
The high number of entries and exits was recorded within 18 days of the implementation of the new visa rule.
This highest number of travellers recorded last Friday broke the previous record of 75,117 travellers, which was registered on January 4, 2008.
