Chartered Quality Institute launched

DUBAI — Dubai-based e-TQM College, the region’s first online e-learning institute that specializes in Total Quality Management (TQM) education, yesterday announced the launch of its Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), offering professional certificate and diploma programs.

Offered in conjunction with the CQI in the UK, which approved e-TQM College as a CQI in January 2007, the programs offer rich content and a flexible delivery method.

Dr Salwa Al Naomi, Executive Director of Continuous Education at e-TQM College said, “these programs further our goal of enhancing awareness of TQM principles and their importance in improving productivity and efficiency in organisations across the Middle East.”
