Spot an entrepreneur in your child?
Dubai tends to see bootcamps aplenty over the summer hols, but here's one with a twist, even though it's not vacation season: a business camp for nine to 14-year-olds! If your child has an inner entrepreneur waiting to make his/her mark in the world, the Think Like An Entrepreneur bootcamp, hosted by Growing Leaders Foundation, will be held on November 5 and 12, from 10am to 2pm, at Impact Hub Dubai, Souk Al Bahar. Among other things, the camp aims to show kids how to understand if their ideas can pass an innovation or strategy test, how to access a leadership toolkit so they can change habits and become experts at anything they choose, and how to gain the confidence they need to present their personal brand or business idea to anyone.
Registration fee: Dh1,000, with 10 per cent off for siblings. For more info, call 04-3754444.
