Dubai policeman hits car, lodges complaint against himself
Dubai - The officer even placed a copy of the accident report on the windscreen of the damaged car.
The level of dedication and sincerity of Dubai Police is unquestionable, and this benchmark of honesty was taken to a new level when a police official lodged a complaint against himself when he hit a car.
Corporal Abdullah Ibrahim Mohammed had lodged a complaint against himself when he hit a parked car, belonging to an Egyptian doctor, and placed a copy of the accident report on the windscreen of the car.
When the doctor found out about this he was impressed and shared the incident on social media. The incident was even broadcast on Egyptian media, and attracted a lot of praise for the policeman.
The corporal has been honoured by the Dubai Police for his integrity and sincerity in his work.
Dubai Police chief Major-General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri also thanked the Egyptian doctor Mohammed Ahmed Nabil Abdel Aziz for his behaviour and respect for the professionalism and credibility of the Dubai Police official.
