It was a dramatic moment when a small plane was forced to make an emergency landing without one wheel which had fallen off.
The plane, which had taken off from Belize, landed at Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport. The incident was reported on Friday.
The airport spokesperson was quoted as saying by WFLA that the pilot felt the plane was still safe to fly, so he continued to Florida.
"The pilot conducted a flyby maneuver after arriving in Sarasota and the control tower confirmed a wheel was missing," the report states.
The incident was caught on camera by the Eagle8 staff. The clip shows the plane making a safe landing with a missing wheel. However, sparks could be seen from the back wheels. There were three men and a woman on board the plane.
